We did go there after all.
The NASA exhibit was pretty fun, especially for Emily. There was a children's book with 6 activities. If a child did 4 of them (or the parents helped), the child could get a pin.
We also saw the Bhutan exhibit. We enjoyed the Bhutan food.
We didn't get over to the Texas exhibit.

Date: 2008-06-30 12:28 pm (UTC)Tim and I shared a platter of chicken cooked in a milky sauce with "chilies"--mild peppers. And rice. Oh, the rice was delicious. It was white rice with a brown short grain (rice?) mixed in. Yum, yum.
The drink was mango lassi. A cold mango drink with a great deal of thickness from a cream or milk.
Guessed at ethnic similarities.
