Kindergarten paperwork

petmoosieThe doctor got her immunization record and lead tests and all the rest of it signed, sealed and I picked it up. They even filled out the form that I thought that they would need an appointment for.
Now, the property tax form, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.
Still have a follow-up vaccination to get. (But not one of the ones required for school).
I'm still missing my early records of her milestones. Bleh. It's all in one green book, that I can't find.
