Who I have met on the Internet

Red State citizens.

Very Catholic home-schoolers

Crazy energetic young teachers

and people much like myself or the people who are reading this.

In fact, most people seem to have more energy than I do, stay up later, wake up earlier. Hmmm. 10 hours of sleep for an adult is not the average???

Average only means that some people sleep a lot and some don't. If 10 hours is the right amount of time for you, you should do it.

Yeah, I'm pretty used to my biology by now. 10 hours or only a tiny bit less is just right. It's just that I "see" on the Internet people who only sleep for 6 hours a day and their lives look frenetic to me. I guess that it is right for them.

If they weren't so frenetic, they'd sit down and fall asleep, because they are in sleep debt!

They say that they watch TV. That seems (and is, from my husband's example) very difficult to do without falling asleep if you are in sleep debt.

But I *hate* the feeling of needing to keep busy to stay awake. I aim to experience it very rarely. When I am awake, I am awake and capable of doing anything, even boring stuff.

My husband is in a great deal of sleep debt. Mostly work-related or Emily-related.
