I really don't have a lot to add to this, other than apparently more people have been let out of Gitmo than I thought.
The remaining area of disagreement, fundamentally, is whether having an administration that chooses to obey the law will in any way constrain the next one to do the same. I think both petmoosie and I have made our feelings on that topic clear.
